Gary D. Morgan is the president and owner of Gary D. Morgan, CPA, PA and has over 36 years in the accounting profession. After graduating from college, Gary began his career in accounting in the arena of private industry working for a local publicly traded company where he was the assistant controller and audit manager. He gained valuable experience which he utilized in the transition to public accounting. After working as partner in a local CPA firm for 7 years, Gary D. Morgan, CPA, PA was organized in 1997 and continued working with businesses and families of Rowan and surrounding counties.
Gary was born and raised in Salisbury, NC and has spent his entire life in this area. He lives in Salisbury with his wife, Betty where they raised their three daughters, April, Julie and Mary Ellen.
